These additional modules can be added onto your Adult Social Care Hub and can be licensed individually or together as a low cost bundle. The modules significantly extend the functionality of the core Hub, enabling crossover into areas of greater self-service and public reach.
What’s On? Module
Adds a powerful What’s On? capability to your website. Allows you to easily capture the day and time details of events and also regular activities (such as social clubs, adult education classes, keep fit and sports activities etc.) Users looking for something to do on particular day can access full listings via a friendly search facility.
Provider Updates Module
Enable service providers to login to your Adult Social Care Hub and update the details of their services. Includes full moderation capability (so you can check the changes), plus an automatic email service to remind providers when their updates are due. Also includes a broadcast email facility enabling you to send out batch emails to your providers.
Advice and Guidance Module
Adds the ability to create and manage advice and guidance content on your Adult Social Care Hub website. Advice and guidance notes can be triggered to appear ‘in context’ alongside service information, so users get the ‘right advice at the right time’. Also includes a Media Manager application for uploading documents and other media onto your Hub.
Adviser Access Module
Allows you to give protected status to selected information and areas of your Hub website so they are visible only to your practitioners and/or adviser groups. For example individual service listings may show extra fields (contact details, sensitive information, booking information etc.) to social care practitioners/advisers when they are signed in to the website. The Adviser Access Module is an especially good fit for field-based and mobile workers, as well as contact centre based advisers.
User Forum Module
Adds a user discussion forum to your Adult Social Care Hub website. Users can self-register, select their own nickname and avatar (user graphic) and create and join discussions. The forum includes a full range of administration options for moderating, managing users and discussion threads, setting alerts and automatic profanity filters. Management of individual threads can also be devolved outwards to community users.
Text/SMS Messaging Module
Adds a facility for text/SMS messaging from your Hub website, for example to provide instant access via mobile phone to key service details (e.g. ‘phone number, contact person, opening hours).
Mobile Services Module
A range of apps for smartphones to enable mobile access to your Social Care Services and advice information.
